About the Role
We are seeking a minimum Level 2 qualified Centre Assistant who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering high standards of education and care for young children. The successful candidate will join an exciting early years federation of three nursery schools, supporting each other to deliver continuous professional development (CPD). The role offers an exceptional environment for outdoor learning, including an onsite Forest School provision, and a vibrant Children’s Centre with an excellent programme of parental involvement.
Rowland Hill is deeply rooted in the local community, celebrating rich diversity and fostering an inclusive environment. Staff wellbeing is supported through ongoing programmes, and there are opportunities to work with artists and musicians as key partners in the local community.
Visits to the centre are warmly welcomed and encouraged to meet the head of school. The start date is as soon as possible. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
