About the Role
The post holder will provide expert clinical and operational leadership for the Community Mental Health Wellbeing Hub. You will influence and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and service development strategies to enhance service delivery. The role requires analysing complex data to make informed decisions, managing resources efficiently, and contributing to financial recovery plans. You will lead staff supervision, appraisals, rota planning, and HR processes, as well as deliver training and educational programmes across disciplines. Maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting is essential. Flexibility to work unsocial hours when required is expected to meet service demands.
Experience
- Proven leadership experience in clinical and operational settings
- Experience in managing complex data and making informed decisions
- Skilled in resource management and contributing to financial plans
- Experience in staff supervision, appraisals, rota planning, and HR processes
- Experience delivering training and educational programmes
