About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a wide range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. The Trust is renowned for clinical excellence, high quality teaching, research, and patient-centered care. It is part of King’s Health Partners and works closely with King’s College London to deliver world-leading clinical research and innovation.

The Transplant, Renal & Urology (TR&U) Directorate is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Manager for the Urology Cancer service. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and leadership to deliver high standards of care and a quality, patient-centered service focused on continuous improvement. You will be self-motivated, able to work autonomously at pace, and skilled in managing time, workload, and priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills and confidence to challenge the status quo are essential, alongside the ability to build excellent working relationships and become a trusted leader across all staff groups.
