About the Role
As a Sister/Charge Nurse on Blundell Ward, you will lead the ward team, ensuring high-quality clinical care and a positive patient experience. You will be responsible for managing nursing staff, promoting effective multi-disciplinary teamwork, and maintaining communication with all team members to provide seamless patient care. Your role will include applying clinical skills, managing resources, and monitoring budgets while ensuring compliance with the Trust's financial instructions. You will also participate in nursing research and audits, advocate for patients, and ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff. In addition, you will support staff development through training and education, ensuring adherence to NMC guidelines and Trust policies.

Experience
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a nursing environment.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. Relevant clinical experience and leadership training are desirable.
