About the Role
An East London based Local Authority is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join their Family Support & Safeguarding Team. In this role, you will continue the child's journey when cases are transferred from the Assessment Service, providing longer-term involvement as needed. Your responsibilities will include supporting looked after children, implementing child protection and child in need plans, managing complex cases, and ensuring that children's voices are heard and recorded consistently.
