About the Role
An East London based Local Authority is seeking a Social Worker to join their Family Support & Safeguarding Team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will continue the child's journey when cases are transferred from the Assessment Service and where longer-term involvement is needed. You will support looked after children, escalate cases through legal proceedings, implement child protection and child in need plans, manage complex cases by planning timely interventions and support, and ensure that children's voices are consistently heard and recorded.

Experience
Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity is essential, particularly in safeguarding and family support contexts.

Qualifications
