£42,492 - £50,676 per annum (plus £3,000 market supplement)

We offer a variety of Social Work opportunities catering to different resident groups and settings. You will work closely with Practice and Team Managers to deliver a safe, strength-based service that promotes independence, ensures comprehensive person-centred assessments, supports court work where required, safeguards residents, and enables choice and control regarding accommodation, care, and support needs.

Experience
At least 3 years post-qualified social work experience, preferably within a diverse, urban community.

You are an experienced, confident social work practitioner who shares our values and commitment to tackling disproportionality and building a Fairer Newham. You are passionate about working in an inclusive, anti-racist environment and adapting your practice to meet the needs of the individuals you serve.

Qualifications
You must be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
