As a Sous Chef, you will be a specialist in creating the best Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring every guest leaves with a full belly and already planning their next visit. You will be accountable for team leadership, health and safety compliance, stock management, successful guest pizza launches, kitchen maintenance management, and food quality auditing.

Pizza Pilgrims was founded in 2012 by Thom and James, who travelled from Sicily to London to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. Since then, the company has grown to over 30 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, with its own Pizza Academy running daily training workshops. Pizza Pilgrims prides itself on using the best ingredients from Naples, including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia e friarielle, to make authentic Neapolitan pizza every day. Experience
Previous experience working with Neapolitan style pizza and as a Sous Chef is required.
