About the Role
Pizza Pilgrims Wimbledon has been a very successful opening and we’re looking for a brilliant Second Pizza Chef to join the opening team. If you love proper Neapolitan pizza, enjoy leading a great kitchen team and take pride in making people genuinely happy, this might just be the job for you. As a Second Chef, you will be a specialist in creating the best Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. You will be accountable for team leadership, health and safety compliance, stock management, successful guest pizza launches, kitchen maintenance management, and food quality auditing.

Pizza Pilgrims was founded in 2012 by Thom & James, who journeyed from Sicily to London to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. Since then, the company has grown to over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, with its own Pizza Academy offering daily training workshops. Experience
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with Neapolitan pizza or similar culinary styles. Experience in team leadership and kitchen management is highly desirable.
