About the Role
As a Specialist Obesity Dietitian, you will support patients with weight management by assessing their nutritional intake, micronutrient status, and psychological wellbeing. Your role will involve a mixture of face-to-face, video, and telephone clinics. You will utilize strong behaviour change skills to facilitate positive changes in patients' lifestyles. Additionally, you will facilitate group education sessions for patients and play a key role in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, supporting best interest decisions. Experience
Experience in supporting patients with weight management and behaviour change is essential.
About you
You are passionate about nutrition and patient care, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You should be adaptable and comfortable working in various clinic settings.
Qualifications
A relevant degree in Dietetics or Nutrition is required, along with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
