About the Role
This Specialist Pharmacist position focuses on Palliative and End of Life Care within the NHS. Requirements

Experience
Experience in pharmacy practice with a focus on palliative and end of life care is highly desirable. Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and provide specialist pharmaceutical advice is essential.

You are a motivated and compassionate pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge in palliative care. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through expert medicines management.

Qualifications
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Specialist qualifications or training in palliative care pharmacy or equivalent clinical experience are preferred.
