To work in conjunction with the Specialist School Nurse, family, teachers, other care workers and health care professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the childs care. Work effectively and flexibly under direct or indirect supervision to meet the childs individual needs during the school day. Assist with the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care under the direct/indirect supervision of the Specialist School Nurse Ensure the safety of the child by monitoring and reporting all concerns and changes in their condition to the Specialist School Nurse To administer medication to children in the school within competence and under the supervision of the Specialist School Nurse Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification for full roles and responsibilities.
