About the Role
As a Staff Nurse - RMN, you will play a crucial role in protecting and supporting the health of individual patients/residents. Your responsibilities will include the assessment of care and health education needs, as well as the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care, including discharge planning for each patient. You will gain experience and skills in clinical practice and facilitation and teaching. In the absence of senior nursing staff, you will take charge of the ward/department/unit, following a performance review. A flexible approach to hours of duty is essential to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.

Experience
A current NMC Pin number and a legal right to work in the UK.
