Responsible for supporting clinical outpatient areas, ensuring the delivery of high quality, current evidence-based nursing. You will be expected to apply knowledge across the range ofwork procedures and practices, underpinned by theoretical knowledge andpractical experience. To liaise with the multidisciplinary team and act as your patient's advocate to achieve person-centered individualised care. To ensure that patients receive high quality clinical care and a positivepatient experience. Carry out thorough assessments and implement personalised care plans. Carry out nursing procedures and treatments, whilstmaintaining best practice and the highest possible standards. Responsible for managing unwell patients in an outpatient area when patients are being admitted from clinics.
