As a Stockroom Assistant covering paternity leave, you will play a key role in supporting the store’s back of house operations with professionalism and passion for the brand. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory control, receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies. You will support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including Omnichannel and stock pullback requests, while maintaining a tidy and compliant back of house environment.

You will also perform quality control on all products, support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalisation to enhance the client experience, and ensure all stockroom equipment is fully operational. Additional duties include adhoc administration tasks, answering telephone calls, liaising with customer service, managing stationery and supermarket orders, and supporting store management with events, visual merchandising, and stock taking as required.

Experience
Previous experience with SAP is desirable. Experience working in a busy retail or stockroom environment is advantageous.
