As a Supervising Social Worker, you will cover cases across London and be allocated families within a commutable distance from your home. This role offers opportunities to work from home, although occasional visits to the company's office in East London will be required. You will manage a small caseload of 5, allowing for a focused and supportive approach to your work.

Experience
Experience in supervising social work and knowledge of fostering regulations is preferred.
