About the Role
An innovative and dynamic fostering agency specialising in providing first-class fostering services to children and young people is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join their team. You will manage a small caseload of 5 families, providing regular supervision visits to foster carers, children, and young people. Your role includes maintaining detailed records of contacts and visits, identifying foster carers' strengths and areas for development, and supporting carers to meet the needs of children in placement. You will ensure compliance with statutory Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards. Experience
Experience in supervising foster carers and working with children and young people is essential.
