About the Role
An Independent Fostering Agency passionate about helping others is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join their team. This role involves regular supervision visits to foster carers, children, and young people. You will maintain full records of contacts and visits, identifying strengths and areas for development. You will support foster carers in meeting the needs of children in placement and ensure adherence to statutory Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards. The position offers work from home opportunities, a bonus scheme of £7,200 per annum, generous annual leave, a travel allowance of £3,000, a pension scheme, and a productivity bonus.

Experience
Experience in social work, particularly within fostering or child welfare, is essential to effectively support foster carers and children.
