A 5 times "Outstanding" Ofsted rated Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join their dedicated team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and highly regarded fostering agency that focuses on therapeutic care. You will be involved in supervising foster carers, supporting children and young people, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality fostering services. Experience
Previous experience as a Supervising Social Worker within an Independent Fostering Agency or Therapeutic Fostering Agency is essential.

About you
Committed to delivering excellent care and support within a fostering environment. You will be motivated, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A strong understanding of therapeutic approaches and fostering regulations is desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant social work qualifications and registration with the appropriate professional body are required.
