About the Role
A family owned, therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to manage a caseload across the South East London area. This is a 12-month maternity cover position with the potential to become permanent due to agency growth. The role offers a flexible working arrangement with home working 4 days per week. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children in placement. Experience
Proven experience in social work, preferably within fostering or child welfare services. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and provide therapeutic support to foster carers and children.

Committed to delivering high standards of care and support. Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for child welfare.

Qualifications
Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration. Experience in therapeutic fostering or related fields is desirable.
