A well-rated, family owned Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to play a key role in maintaining excellent service standards for children, foster carers, and placing authorities. You will manage a caseload of foster carers across the South London region. This role offers the opportunity to work from home while contributing to a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Experience
Proven experience in social work, ideally within fostering or child welfare services, managing foster carer caseloads and supporting placements.

Qualifications
Relevant social work qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body are required.
