A well-rated, family owned Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to play a key role in maintaining excellent services for children, foster carers, and placing authorities. You will manage a caseload of foster carers across the South London region. This role offers the opportunity to work from home while contributing to a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Experience
Proven experience in social work, ideally within fostering or child welfare services, managing foster carer caseloads and supporting families.

Qualifications
