About the Role
A well-rated, family-owned Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to play a key role in maintaining excellent service standards for children, foster carers, and placing authorities. You will manage a caseload of foster carers across the South London region, providing support, guidance, and supervision to ensure the highest quality of care. This role offers the flexibility of being home-based while contributing to a dedicated and supportive team environment.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Social Worker, preferably within fostering or child welfare services. Experience managing a caseload of foster carers is highly desirable.

Qualifications
