We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Supplier Relationship Officer. In this role, you will assist the Supplier Relationship Manager in managing and nurturing our key supplier relationships. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a stable and productive supply chain that aligns with our Group’s strategic objectives. As a Supplier Relationship Officer you’ll assist in all relevant activities to maintain and strengthen supplier relationships, take ownership of key supplier relationships to ensure they meet our business needs and strategic goals and participate in procurement exercises, ensuring that SRM principles are embedded for successful outcomes. You’re a people person who likes to get things done correctly and quickly working methodically. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams, and you’re first rate at working as a team player and building relationships to enable you to keep to deadlines and find solutions to issues and go above and beyond when the team need you. You’ll need to be in the office for 1-2 days per week, maybe more depending on stakeholder needs. Your role covers all aspects of procurement from providing guidance, training and materials to support staff in contract management and SRM to ensuring best practices are implemented across the business. To be successful in this role, you’re: Experienced in contract management and/or supplier relationship management. Knowledgeable of industry regulations and standards related to supply chain and have familiarity with procurement regulations.
