About the Role
This is a key operational role acting as the face of the service, responsible for delivering a world-class inventory stock management system. You will support the Supply Chain Manager in providing a highly effective supply chain service. The post holder will manage a service team and handle all day-to-day operational issues. You will ensure that processes and policies are strictly adhered to and that targets are monitored and achieved to maintain service excellence.

Experience
Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management is essential. Experience in managing a team and handling operational issues within a healthcare or similar environment is highly desirable.

About you
Organised and proactive with strong leadership skills. You must be able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively lead your team and liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience and a commitment to continuous professional development will be considered.
