About the Role
Join Dimensions as an experienced Support Worker in a specialist supported living home providing 2:1 support to a young woman in her early 30s. This single-person home requires emotionally resilient individuals confident in supporting complex behaviours and committed to building strong, trusting relationships. The focus is on emotional support rather than physical care, helping her feel secure, understood, and valued through emotional regulation, positive engagement, and consistent communication.
Your role will include assisting with daily life activities such as preparing meals, personal care routines, and accompanying her to social groups and interests. The home benefits from a well-established Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plan, with comprehensive training and guidance provided by the in-house PBS team. You will be supported during induction by the locality manager and experienced colleagues.
This role demands patience, consistency, and presence, even in challenging moments. The individual enjoys interests including Barbie, Only Fools and Horses, animals, community clubs, and outdoor activities.

Our Benefits
- Competitive salary
- 30 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays), rising to 35 days
- Free access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with a 24/7 helpline for advice, also available to family members
- Discounts and cashback on shopping through Rewarding Dimensions
- £500 bonus for recommending a friend who is employed
