Learner, group and progress tracking documents must be updated weekly and monthly, including accurate attendance and punctuality records.

The post holder will set challenging teaching and learning objectives relevant to the course intent and learner development, agree individual learning plans with learners including SMART targets, and provide meaningful feedback on progress. The post holder must comply with Professional Standards for Teachers and Trainers in Education and Training, undertake other duties commensurate with the grade, take responsibility for Health & Safety within their work area, and proactively manage their professional development.
