About the Role
A perfect job for somebody who enjoys teaching different classes and getting the best out of children. Lift Charles Warren is an inclusive primary school for children aged 4 to 11, with both mainstream classes and a specialist provision for pupils in EYFS to the end of Key Stage 1. Set in the beautiful village of Simpson, the school is surrounded by trees and bordered by the canal, providing extensive grounds and a wonderful environment in which to learn and play. The school is led by an ambitious and dedicated Principal, Mrs Sharon Burke, who has established a strong and personable team. In July 2025, the school received a fantastic Ofsted rating with areas being 'good' or 'outstanding'. This is an exciting time to join as we search for a teacher to join us.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for somebody who loves teaching and thrives on getting the best out of children but would like a more varied role. You will teach Year 6 in the mornings and work with small groups of children (6-10) in the afternoons who require extra support to meet their full potential. You will also cover classes as and when required to allow placement students time to study. At Lift Charles Warren, we have high expectations for all pupils. Our aim is for every child to be inspired, challenged and supported to achieve their very best, and this role is vital to meet that promise to parents and children alike.

Experience
Qualified teacher with experience teaching young children. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
