London with hybrid working and travel across the London area as required.

Hours
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, usual working hours Monday to Friday with flexibility required at weekends dependent on service delivery and client need.

Salary
£32,366.84 per annum plus London Weighting allowance.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader (ISVA/IDVA/ISAC) to lead a team delivering high-quality, specialist support services across London as part of the Safe Horizons partnership. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outcome-focused services to victims of crime, managing and supporting a team of frontline staff. Your role will include managing team performance, case allocation, audits, and monitoring KPIs and quality standards. You will oversee safeguarding practices, provide advice on complex or high-risk cases, and analyse data to manage caseloads and resources effectively. You will lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and ongoing development of team members while building and maintaining effective partnerships with statutory and voluntary sector organisations. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional development will be key, alongside ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience as a leader managing or supervising staff within a service delivery environment. Strong understanding of the criminal justice system and the impact of crime on victims. Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a focus on service excellence. Demonstrated ability to manage performance, analyse data, and meet targets.

Passionate about supporting victims and driving high-quality service delivery. Resilient and adaptable with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and manage competing demands. Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and relevant legislation. Competent IT skills including case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in ISVA/IDVA/ISAC roles are desirable but not explicitly stated. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning is expected.
