About the Role
As a Team Manager in the 0-25 Disabilities Service, you will lead a team delivering high-quality, responsive support to children and young people with complex and severe disabilities. You will ensure seamless transitioning and preparation to adulthood, focusing on statutory functions within Children’s social care. This role involves working closely with multi-agency teams to provide holistic services and promote independence for children, young people, and their families. You will play a key role in shaping and influencing the service during its growth and development, promoting excellence, setting high standards, and motivating your team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Experience
Significant post-qualifying experience working in social care settings with children in need. Proven experience delivering services to vulnerable children, young people, and complex families. Experience leading and managing a team of qualified social workers, including supervision, case management, and ensuring risk is managed within the appropriate legislative framework.

Qualifications
Recognised Social Work Qualification is essential.
