About the Role
The Team Performance Lead will drive excellent customer service and compliant activity through effective performance and team management. You will work closely with Clinical Practice Leads, Clinical Auditors, and the Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of assessment centre activity. Key responsibilities include supervising Clinical Assessment Centre sessions, developing and managing quality staff, and ensuring efficient delivery of all assigned functional assessments. You will manage individual performance using the HAAS Performance Excellence Framework, ensuring staff exceed their minimum performance targets while maintaining engagement and support. Additionally, you will apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance service delivery and contribute to best practice sharing across the organization.
Experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a supervisory role. Working knowledge of resource management, with the ability to flexibly adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrable ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring productivity and delivery of the highest quality.
About you
Able to effectively network and collaborate to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally. Experience and ability to manage performance and productivity while maintaining staff engagement.
