About the Role
The Team Performance Lead will drive excellent customer service and compliant activity through effective performance and team management. This hybrid role involves working closely with Clinical Practice Leads, Clinical Auditors, and the Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of assessment centre activity. Responsibilities include supervising Clinical Assessment Centre sessions, developing and managing quality staff, and ensuring efficient delivery of functional assessments. You will manage individual performance using the HAAS Performance Excellence Framework, ensuring staff exceed performance targets while feeling engaged and supported. Continuous improvement methodology will be applied to enhance service delivery, and effective communication will be maintained across clinical operations and business support functions.
Experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a supervisory role. Working knowledge of resource management with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrable ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring productivity and delivery of high-quality services.

Able to effectively network and collaborate to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally. Experience and ability to manage performance and productivity while maintaining staff engagement.
