As a Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, you will provide expert technical accounting support under IFRS and US GAAP, assist with financial reporting judgements, and contribute to the delivery of external audit processes. You will assess the financial reporting implications of recent transactions, support the Financial Reporting team through periods of change, and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting deliverables. Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in financial reporting and financial control from either accountancy practice or industry
- Significant practical experience applying IFRS with ability to prepare robust technical accounting analysis and exercise sound financial reporting judgement
- Experience managing financial reporting and audit processes
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work accurately and independently with excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation and delivery of workpapers
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders

- Experience working in a global organisation with complex group structures and multi-country, multi-currency environments
- Investment management experience preferred but not essential
