About the Role
United Response is seeking a Technology Delivery Partner to manage a portfolio of technology products that deliver measurable value across the organisation. You will work closely with operational teams, stakeholders, vendors, and the wider Digital, Data and Architecture team. This role combines business partnership with hands-on ownership of application outcomes. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting solution design, overseeing system configuration and governance, driving continuous improvement, coordinating supplier activity, and ensuring technology changes are effectively adopted, secure, and aligned to organisational standards.

Experience
Proven experience in business applications, systems, product or technology delivery within a complex organisation. Experience working with third-party or packaged applications including configuration, administration, testing, security, and release coordination. Good understanding of data, integrations, reporting, and user adoption impacts.

Ability to take ownership of products or functional areas to deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills. Able to manage competing priorities with pragmatism and sound judgement. Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working autonomously. Combines hands-on technical stewardship with a practical, value-focused approach to continuous improvement and service delivery.
