About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a Brand Ambassador, Partner in Management, and Retail Specialist, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store operations. Your responsibilities include offering a rewarding shopping experience, maintaining sales floor excellence by keeping the store clean, well-stocked and organised, managing sales and inventory by monitoring customer reactions and adjusting displays and stock levels, collaborating with colleagues to build a strong team, championing sustainability initiatives such as recycling and repair services, and contributing to retail technology efforts including social media campaigns, styling apps, or livestream channels. This fixed-term role runs until mid-January 2027 and offers a dynamic environment where your impact goes beyond selling clothes.
