About the Role

As a Temporary Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping memorable customer experiences and contributing to the growth and evolution of our store. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, bringing our values, products, and services to life by delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the spirit of UNIQLO. You will be a Partner in Management by offering fresh ideas, relaying customer feedback, and driving sales. As a Retail Specialist, you will build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations to confidently support customers and ensure smooth store functioning.

Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service from fitting rooms to tills, maintaining sales floor excellence by keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented, managing sales and inventory by monitoring customer reactions and adjusting displays and stock accordingly, collaborating with your team to create a strong and united environment, championing sustainability initiatives such as recycling and repair services, and contributing to retail technology efforts including social media content creation and livestreaming if interested.

We offer full flexibility during the week and weekends across various shifts, including morning and late shift patterns. This is a fixed-term contract until mid-January 2027.
