As a Retail Specialist, you will build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations to confidently support customers and ensure smooth store running.

Your responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service from fitting rooms to tills by being attentive and responsive to customer needs
- Maintaining sales floor excellence by keeping the store clean, well-stocked, organised, and beautifully presented
- Managing sales and inventory by monitoring customer reactions and recommending adjustments to displays and stock levels
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a strong, united team
- Championing sustainability initiatives including recycling programmes, repair services, and community activities
- Contributing to retail technology efforts such as social media content creation, styling app, or livestream channel if interested in being in the spotlight

Experience
