About the Role

You will act as a Brand Ambassador, bringing our values, products, and services to life by delivering exceptional service that reflects the spirit of UNIQLO. You will partner with management by offering fresh ideas, relaying customer feedback, and driving sales. As a Retail Specialist, you will build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations to confidently support customers and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service from fitting rooms to tills, maintaining sales floor excellence by keeping the store clean, well-stocked, organised, and beautifully presented. You will monitor customer reactions to products to recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels. Collaboration with colleagues to create a strong, united team is essential. You will also champion sustainability initiatives such as recycling programmes and repair services, and participate in local community activities. If interested, you may contribute to retail technology efforts including social media campaigns, styling apps, or livestream channels.
