We are seeking a Temporary Staffing Manager (Band 7) to join our Staff Bank team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-quality temporary staffing service that supports both clinical and non-clinical services across the Trust.

Reporting to the interim Head of Temporary Staffing, you will provide strong leadership and operational management to a team of Band 6 Temporary Staffing Managers. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of a safe, efficient, and cost-effective 7-day temporary staffing service, ensuring workforce demands are met across the Trust.

You will be responsible for managing contracts and service level agreements with external agencies and NHS organisations, driving the adoption and optimisation of temporary staffing systems, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of staffing data. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while utilising workforce data to support operational performance and strategic workforce planning.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise under pressure, and strong communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is a passion for delivering outstanding care to patients and staff.

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent specialist training, knowledge, skills, and experience (e.g. Information Science, Business Management, or IT)
