About the Role
Join the Tenancy Progression Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Tenancy Progression Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the progression of London Living Rent, Intermediate Market Rent, and Rent to Buy properties, supporting affordable rental options and pathways to homeownership for residents. You will be responsible for managing customer databases, qualifying customer requirements, handling lettings enquiries via phone and email, supporting customers through the tenancy referencing process, and ensuring compliance with lettings regulations. Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and effective customer journey for tenants within these schemes. This is a customer-focused role requiring self-motivation and a keen interest in the London property market.

Experience
- Knowledge of the London UK lettings market
- Previous tenancy progression experience with ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines
