Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these availability windows, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.
Salary
Starting at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

As a Tesco Phone Shop Colleague, you will provide friendly, natural service and get to know your customers. You will provide flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
You will make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines, understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.

No specific experience required. A passion for delivering great service and a willingness to learn are essential.

- The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
- The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
- A positive, team-focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
