About the Role
The post holder will be trained to carry out X-ray equipment testing on a full range of X-ray imaging systems. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in laser safety, personal dosimetry, equipment calibration, and sealed and unsealed radioactive source work. Training will be provided in all of these areas, with the scope of the role expanding as training proceeds. The post holder will be well supported in working towards clinical scientist registration with both route 2 and in-service STP routes available.

Experience
No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Qualifications
A relevant degree in physics or a related field is desirable.
