London, with regular travel across project sites in London and occasional travel outside London for team meetings.

About the Role
Hill Group are seeking a Trainee Social Value & Community Coordinator to join our Social Value team supporting projects across London. You will work closely with Social Value and Community Managers to ensure social value commitments are met, maintain strong customer and resident partnerships, and uphold high standards in social value delivery. This role includes working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include supporting social value delivery across London projects, facilitating social value initiatives with partners, providing administrative support such as data input, drafting newsletters and reports, and assisting site teams with resident queries and communications. Success will be measured by effective delivery of social value plans, strong support for managers, positive relationships with site teams and stakeholders, and accurate, timely reporting.

Experience

Qualifications
Requirement for Maths and English Grade C at Level 3 to meet apprenticeship qualification standards.
Working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability as part of the role.
