Joining the Transaction Banking Product Governance team, you will play a key role in the oversight and governance of the product landscape, supporting the full product lifecycle from strategic development and product change initiatives through to ongoing maintenance and review. As a Product Governance Analyst, you will coordinate product governance processes, assess product risks, maintain product collateral, and ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
You will partner closely with first and second line stakeholders including Product, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to facilitate effective decision making, coordinate product change and approval processes, and help drive improvements to the product governance framework. Success in this role requires an understanding of the product lifecycle alongside strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining oversight of the transaction banking product landscape
- Providing end-to-end product lifecycle support including product launches, strategic growth initiatives, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinating product change and approval processes
- Supporting governance activities such as regulatory-related changes, issue remediation, and documentation management
- Partnering with stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Preparing communications and reporting for management
- Developing and implementing product governance frameworks and procedures
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in product management or the financial services sector.

Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand complex topics. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of cash management and payment services is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
