As the Tree Administration Officer, you will deliver essential business support activities, ensuring the highest standards of customer service while assisting a dedicated team of tree managers and officers. Your role will be pivotal in managing enquiries, supporting contract administration, coordinating meetings, and helping to improve service delivery through effective use of IT and business systems.
Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience setting up and maintaining administrative systems and complex records
- Confidence liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using IT systems and software, including Word and Excel, to manage and present information
About you
- Highly organised, adaptable and motivated by delivering excellent customer service
- Understanding of the importance of trees, parks and the natural environment in an inner-city setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and correspondence
