As a Video Editor, you will transform raw footage into compelling videos that captivate audiences across multiple platforms. Speed and a strong instinct for creating hooks that generate intrigue are essential. You will edit content for social media, long-form projects, and TV campaigns, ensuring the first few seconds grab attention. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with creators, strategists, producers, and the Head of Creative daily.

Your work will span a diverse range of projects including solar farm launches, hardware reveals, international campaigns, and fast-paced explainers about energy and robotics. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a future powered by abundant energy while honing your craft on a wide variety of exciting content.

Experience
Proven ability to create engaging video hooks that capture and retain viewer attention. Skilled in editing with CapCut or Adobe Premiere. Experience working at speed while maintaining high quality. Videography skills are a plus.

You have a strong instinct for storytelling and detail, delivering creative ideas quickly and consistently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a hunger to produce a large volume of excellent work. Passionate about video editing and eager to experiment with new techniques.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, but proficiency in video editing software and a portfolio demonstrating your skills are essential.
