About the Role
This is a key leadership role within the Children’s Gastroenterology ward, responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of patient care and ward operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and inclusive environment. The role involves overseeing clinical standards, staff development, and ensuring compliance with NHS policies and procedures. Experience
Proven experience in a senior nursing or ward management role within paediatric or gastroenterology services is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team and manage complex clinical environments.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration qualifications. Evidence of continuous professional development and leadership training is preferred.
