£34,034 per annum (Including Night shift allowance: £3,595 per annum)

About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a permanent night shift Water Leak Technician to deliver reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across client stores in the South West and South London areas. You will be responsible for providing a first line response to water leaks, identifying the source, repairing and replacing faulty pipework and components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate.

You will effectively diagnose faults and failures with equipment and systems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensuring all jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and meeting relevant KPIs is essential. Compliance with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements at all times is mandatory.

Planning routes and managing daily workload efficiently is key, including prioritizing aged work orders and maintaining a first-time fix work ethic. You will join a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering the best service possible.

Experience
Experience of water leak or drainage works is advantageous.
Basic plumbing experience or knowledge is required.
Basic electrical knowledge is desired but not essential.
Other trade or industry qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
