About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Water Leak Technician to join a friendly and dynamic team. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across client stores. Your duties include providing first line response to water leaks, identifying leak sources, repairing and replacing faulty pipework or components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate.

You will diagnose faults and failures effectively, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensuring all jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meeting KPIs, and complying with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements is essential. Planning routes, managing daily workload, prioritizing aged work orders, and maintaining a first-time fix work ethic are key aspects of this role.

Experience
- Experience in water leak or drainage works is advantageous
- Basic plumbing experience/knowledge required
- Basic electrical knowledge desired but not essential
- Other trade or industry qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential
