We are looking for a highly organised and flexible Senior Workforce Analyst, capable of using their skills and expertise to provide analytical support to enable successful delivery of regional and local initiatives. You will be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, a natural ability to plan ahead, be keen to apply and grow your analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels. The successful candidates will be responsible for efficient and successful support to the wider team. Providing a comprehensive, confidential and effective high quality analytical service, using discretion and initiative in a flexible, sensitive and efficient manner whilst working to tight deadlines.
